Group Training - Monday (4-3-17)

Strength: 90 sec between sets

4 x 10 Barbell Box Squat

4 x 10 Pendlay Row


Accessory: 60 sec between rounds

3 x 10-12ea Single-Leg RDL

3 x 12-15 Push-ups 

3 x 30 sec Hollow Body Hold


Conditioning: Tabata (0:20 sec on/0:10 sec off) for 5 rounds at each station before moving onto next station.
