3 x 12 Single-Arm DB Incline Bench Press

3 x 10ea Stir the Pot

 

Conditioning: Max rounds in 15:00 of:

10ea Step-ups

D&B Sled Pull/Push 

10 DB Push Press

20 Kettlebell Swing
