Strength: Rest 90 sec between sets

4 x 10 Push-ups/Pin


Accessory: Rest 60 sec between rounds

3 x 12 Goblet Squat

3 x 12 Rack Chin 

3 x max V-ups 


Conditioning: 4 Rounds for time of (if you stop, your 0:30 sec stops):

0:30 Jump Squats

0:30 Bear Crawl/Quadrouped Hold

0:30 Dumbbell Squat to Press
