Strength: 90 sec between sets

4 x 10ea Offset Bulgarian Split Squat

4 x 3 + 5 Eccentric + Band Pull-ups

 

Accessory: 60 sec between rounds

3 x 15 Physio Ball Leg Curl

3 x 12 Dumbbell Overhead Press

3 x max Hanging Knee Raises

 

Conditioning: 5 rounds tabata 20sec on 10sec off. Stay at each station for 5 rounds

Kettle Bell Swings

Elbows to Knees Crunches

Wall Ball
