3 x 10-12 Romanian Deadlift

3 x 12-15 Alternating Arm Overhead Press

3 x max Alternating Leg/Arm V-ups


Conditioning: Complete all reps-

30 Kettlebell Swing

30 Slam Ball Slam

30 Lunges/Step-ups

30 Ring Row

30 Slam ball Shoulder

30 Push-ups
