Strength: 

4 x 8 Front Squat 

4 x 8 Band Chin-up

 

Accessory: Rest 60 sec between rounds

3 x 10 Single-Leg RDL

3 x 12 Push-ups/Pin

3 x 45 sec Prone Cobra

 

Conditioning: 40 sec on/20 sec off for 4 rounds:

Medicine Ball Sit-up

Sled Pull/Push

Farmer Carry

Jump Squats (or BW Squats)
