Accessory: Rest 60 sec between rounds

3 x 15 Band Row

3 x 15 Rage/Physio Ball Leg Curl

3 x D&B Suitcase Carry


Conditioning: Max rounds in 15 min of:

30 sec Quadruped Hold

2 Laps Around Building

15 Kettlebell Overhead Press

30 sec Battle Ropes
