Strength: 90 sec between sets

4 x 6 Barbell Box Squat

4 x 6 Pendlay Row


Accessory: 60 sec between rounds

3 x 10 Four sec Eccentric Romanian Deadlift

3 x 12 Dumbbell Neutral Grip Overhead Press

3 x 30 sec Side Plank


Conditioning: Tabata 20 sec on/10 off for 3 rounds at each station:

Air Bike

Wall Ball

Kettlebell Swing

Russian Twists

Battle Ropes
