Accessory: 60 sec between rounds

3 x 10 Step Ups

3 x 10 Inverted Row

3 x 45sec Quadruped Hold/Weighted


Conditioning: 5 rounds for time

2 Laps around the Building

30 sec Plank

10 Burpees/Bench Burpees
