Strength: Rest 90 sec between sets

4 x 6 Sumo Deadlift w/ Pause

4 x 6 Push-ups/Pin


Accessory: Rest 60 sec between rounds

3 x 6 - 4 count Goblet Elevator Squat

3 x 10 Rack Chin (chin-up grip)

3 x 10ea Reaching Plank 


Conditioning: 40 sec on, 20 sec off for 3 rounds of:

DB Squat to Press

Battle Ropes

Slam Ball Shoulder

Ring Row
