Strength: 90 sec between sets

4 x 8ea Offset Bulgarian Split Squat

4 x 4 + 4 Eccentric + Band Pull-ups

 

Accessory: 60 sec between rounds

3 x 15 GHR Back Extension

3 x 12 Half-Kneeling Overhead Press

3 x max V-Ups

 

Conditioning: 0:30 on, 0:15 off for 4 rounds at each station, then switch stations.
