Group Training - Saturday (4-22-17)

Strength: Rest 90 sec between rounds

4 x 6 Barbell Paused Bench Press

4 x 6 Back Squat

 

Accessory: Rest 60 sec between rounds

3 x 12 Single-Arm Band Row

3 x 20 Hip Thrust/Weighted

3 x 10ea Shoulder Tap Plank

 

Conditioning: As many rounds in 12:00 as possible. Add 2 reps to Wall Ball and Kettlebell Swing every set completed. Keep Inverted Row reps constant throughout.

2 Slam Ball Slam

2 Kettlebell Swing
