Group Training - Tuesday (4/25/2017)

Strength: 

4 x 4 Front Squat/ 4x8 Goblet Squat 

4 x 4 Band Chin-up

 

Accessory: Rest 60 sec between rounds

3 x 10 Step-Ups

3 x 10 Dumbbell Neutral Grip Bench Press

3 x 30-45sec Elbows to Knees Crunch

 

Conditioning: Partner up! Between you and your partner, you must complete all reps. While one of you are getting the reps in, your partner is doing the second exercise. 2 rounds for time.

 

30 Slam Ball Shoulder-Plank

40 Kettlebell Swings-Battle Ropes

15 Partner Burpees/Bench Burpees
