Group Training - Wednesday (4-26-17)

Strength: 90 sec between sets

4 x 4 Conventional Deadlift w/ Pause at Knee

4 x 4 Barbell Close Grip Bench Press


Accessory: 60 sec between rounds

3 x 10ea Stationary Lunges

3 x 10 Paused Ring Row

3 x 30 sec Plank/Weighted


Conditioning: Tabata (0:20 on/0:10 off) for 4 rounds at each station before moving on.
