FFP Running Club - Wednesday (4-26-17)

We will be meeting at FFP at 6:00 pm for a progression run! Spring races are in full swing and we have to continue to get comfortable running fast when tired :)

 

1) Pre-run warm-up

 

2) Progression Run: Groups A&B 45 min, Groups C&D 50 min. Start run at leisure pace, every five minutes - pick up place slightly. By the end, you should be slightly under 5k pace. Use last 5 minutes (Group A & B) or 10 minutes (Group C & D) to cool-down. Let's make the last 5-10 minutes of the progression a little "uncomfortable"

 

  • Group A (13:00+) 
  • Group B (11:00-13:00)
  • Group C (9:00 - 11:00)
  • Group D (-9:00)

 

3) Post-run stretch
