Group Training - Friday (4-28-17)

Strength: 90 sec between sets

4 x 6ea Offset Bulgarian Split Squat

4 x 1 rep max time Flex arm hang (can use band if under 10 seconds)

 

Accessory: 60 sec between rounds

3 x 12 Reverse Hyper

3 x 12 Half-Kneeling Dumbbell Overhead Press

3 x 10ea Reaching Plank

 

Conditioning: As many rounds in 12:00 as possible. Add 2 reps to Slam Ball Slam and Kettlebell Swing every set completed. Keep Inverted Row reps constant throughout.
