Strength: Rest 90 sec between sets

4 x 4 Sumo Deadlift w/ Pause

4 x 6 Push-ups/Pin


Accessory: Rest 60 sec between rounds

3 x 8 Goblet Squat

3 x 12 Pronated Grip Ring Row

3 x 30 sec Hollow Body Hold 


Conditioning: Complete each exercise for 1:00, then take 0:30 to switch. Complete each exercise only 1 round:

Air Bike

Cradle Carry

Jump Squats/BW Squat

Medicine Ball Sit-Up

Mountain Climbers

Battle Ropes

Kettlebell Swing

Offset Loaded Carry
