Accessory: 60 sec between rounds

3 x 12 Landmine Front Squat

3 x 12 DB Neutral Grip Bench Press

3 x D&B Suitcase Carry

 

Conditioning: As many rounds as possible in 12:00 of:

D&B Farmer Carry

30 sec Mountain Climber

2 Laps Around Building
