Strength: 90 sec between sets

4 x 10 Sumo Deadlift

4 x 10 Barbell Bench Press

 

Accessory: 60 sec between rounds

3 x 12 Single-Leg Box Squat

3 x 12 Dumbbell Row

3 x 10ea Stir the Pot

 

Conditioning: 30 sec on, 15 sec off for 3 rounds at each station:

Alternating Arm Kettlebell Swing

Barbell Push Press

Bear Crawl

Kettlebell Clean & Press

Rope Sled Pull
