Accessory: Rest 60 sec between rounds

3 x 12 Dumbbell Front Loaded Squat 

3 x 12 Barbell Row

3 x 15ea Band Glute Kickbacks


Conditioning: Complete as many rounds as possible in 15:00 of: 

8ea Kettlebell Clean & Press

12 Jump Squat

D&B Sled Drag&Push

30 sec Battle Ropes
