Group Training - Tuesday (5-9-17)

Strength: 

4 x 8 Barbell Paused Back Squat

4 x 8 Dumbbell Single-Arm Row

 

Accessory: Rest 60 sec between rounds

3 x 10 Weighted/BW Bulgarian Split Squats

3 x 10 Dumbbell 1 1/2 Rep Bench Press

3 x 30 sec Weighted/BW Plank

 

Conditioning: Tabata 20sec on 10sec off. Stay at each station for 5 rounds:

Mountain Climbers

Elbows to Knees Crunches

Slam Ball Slam
