Strength: Rest 90 sec between rounds

4 x 8 Conventional Deadlift

4 x 8 Barbell Overhead Press


Accessory: Rest 60 sec between rounds

3 x 10ea Kneeling Step-ups 

3 x 12 Iso. Dumbbell Row

3 x max Hanging Knee Raises/V-ups


Conditioning: 30 sec on, 15 sec off. 3x at each station:

Wall Ball

Slam Ball Slam (knees)

Sprint in Place

Battle Ropes (knees)

Wall Sit
