Group Training - Monday (5-15-17)

Strength: 90 sec between sets

4 x 6 Barbell Back Squat

4 x 6 Band Chin-up


Accessory: 60 sec between rounds

3 x 10ea Walking Lunges

3 x 10 1 1/2 Rep Push-ups

3 x 15 Partner Med Ball Sit-ups


Conditioning: As many rounds as possible in 12:00. Partner up!!

Sled Relay - You both go twice

12 Partner Burpees

30 sec Ropes

12 Slam Balls
