Group Training - Thursday (5-18-17)

Strength: 90 sec between sets

4 x 6 Barbell Split Squat

4 x 6 Band Pull-up

 

Accessory: 60 sec between rounds

3 x 10 Kettlebell Sumo Deadlifts

3 x 10-12 Single Arm Rows

3 x 30 sec Crab Toe Touches

 

Conditioning: Complete each station as fast as you can and then rest 20 seconds before moving to your next station. As many as you can for 15:00.

20 Ski Jumps

D&B Sled Rope Pull/Push

12 Slam Ball Shoulders

8-10 ea Alternating V-ups

30 Sec Air Bike
