Strength: 90 sec between sets

4 x 6 Sumo Deadlift

4 x 6 Barbell Bench Press


Accessory: 60 sec between rounds

3 x 8ea Pistol Squat on Box

3 x 10ea Alternating Dumbbell Row

3 x 10ea Deadbugs


Conditioning: 1:00 at each station followed by 0:30 sec of rest. Complete 3 total rounds:
