Strength: Rest 90 sec between rounds

4 x 6 Conventional Deadlift

4 x 6 Barbell Overhead Press

 

Accessory: Rest 60 sec between rounds

3 x 12 Constant Tension Goblet Squat 

3 x 10 Band Single-Arm High Row

3 x 15 Otis Ups

 

Conditioning: 5 rounds for time.

30 sec Sprint on Air Bike (as fast as possible)

2 Lap + Court 

8ea Split Squat Jump / 15ea Walking Lunges

15 Dumbbell Push Press
