Strength: 90 sec between sets

4 x 4 Barbell Back Squat

4 x 4 Band Chin-up

 

Accessory: 60 sec between rounds

3 x 10ea Front Foot Elevated Stationary Lunges

3 x 8 Kneeling 2-Arm Landmine Press

3 x 30 sec Flutter Kicks

 

Conditioning: EMOM for 3 rounds:

12 Double Kettlebell Deadlift

12 Slam Ball Clean & Toss

12 Wall Ball

12 V-Ups
