4 x 10 Tempo Back Squat (3 sec down, 3 sec up)

4 x 10 Pendlay Row



3 x 10 GHR (OR) Reverse Hyper

3 x 12 Dumbbell Incline Bench Press

3 x 30 sec Crab Toe Touches


Conditioning: As many rounds as you can in 12:00. Add 2 Reps each round (Except Inverted Rows):

2 Slam Ball Shoulders

2 Kettle Bell Swings

10 Inverted Rows
