4 x 10 Tempo Back Squat (3 sec down, 3 sec up)

4 x 10 Pendlay Row



3 x 15 Physio Ball Leg Curl

3 x 12 Single-Arm Dumbbell Bench Press

3 x 10ea Oblique Raises w/ Dumbbell


Conditioning: Tabata (0:20 on/0:10 off) for 3 rounds at each station, then switch stations. 

Med Ball Sit-up

Wall Ball

Sled Pull/Push

Slam Ball Shoulder

Battle Ropes (on knees)
