Accessory: Rest 60 sec between rounds.

3 x 12ea Walking Lunges

3 x 30 sec Hollow Body


Conditioning: 2 rounds for time.

25 Wall Balls

D&B Heavy Sled Drag

25 Burpees

15 V-Ups

25 Kettle Bell Swings
