Strength:

4 x 8 Tempo Back Squat (3 sec down, 3 sec up)

4 x 8 Pendlay Row

 

Accessory:

3 x 10 GHR/GHR Back Ext/Reverse Hyper

3 x 10 Single-Arm Overhead Press

3 x 10ea Band Pallof Twists

 

Conditioning: 0:30 on/0:10 off. 3 rounds at each station before switching:

Bear Crawl

Med Ball Wood chop

Incline Treadmill Run

Air Bike (Arms only)

Slam Ball Shoulder
