FFP Running Club - (6-14-17)

Easy run tonight!

 

1) Pre-run warm-up

 

2)Workout: Everyone will rerunning a total of 45 minutes. The first 15 minutes will be run at an easy pace. The middle 20 minutes will be run at half-marathon pace and the last 10 minutes will be run/walk-jogged at an easy pace.

 

3)Post Run stretch
