Strength:

4 x 8 Snatch Grip Deadlift

4 x 8 Tempo Bench Press (3 sec down, 3 sec up)

 

Accessory: Rest 60 sec between rounds.

3 x 10 Goblet Squat

3 x 12 Inverted Row

3 x 10ea Reaching Plank

 

Conditioning: Max rounds in 15:00 of:

15 Jump Squats

30 sec Battle Ropes

15 Dumbbell Push Press

D&B Plate Push
