4 x 8 Tempo Pull-ups (3 sec up, 3 sec down)

 

Accessory:

3 x 10 Goodmorning

3 x 12 Half-kneeling Single-arm Overhead Press

3 x 12 Weighted Sit-ups

 

Conditioning: 4 Rounds for time of:

30 (15ea) Front Rack Lunges

D&B Sled Pull/Push

1 Rope Weight Drag
