Strength:

4 x 8 Tempo Back Squat (3 sec down, 3 sec up)

4 x 8 Pendlay Row

 

Accessory:

3 x 10 Banded Glute Kick Backs

3 x 10 Seated Shoulder Press

3 x 30-45 sec Hollow Rocks/ Hollow Body

 

Conditioning: 0:30 on/0:10 off. 3 rounds at each station before switching:

Battle Ropes

Jump Squats

Mountain Climbers

Air Bike

Dumbbell Squat to Press
