3 x 12 (6ea) Off-set Kettlebell Goblet Squat

3 x 12 Landmine Row

3 x 30 sec Alternating Leg V-ups

 

Conditioning: 

Max rounds in 7:00 of:

D&B Plate Push

15 Barbell Push Press

 

Then, max rounds in 7:00 of:

30 sec Mountain Climbers

5 Inchworm

15 Ring Row
