Strength:

4 x 7 Trap Bar/Conventional Deadlift

4 x 7 Barbell Floor Press

 

Accessory: Rest 60 sec between rounds.

3 x 10 Step-ups

3 x 12 Trap Bar Row

3 x 30 sec Toe Touches

 

Conditioning: 

1) Partner Harness Sprints - 2:00 each

 

2) 2 rounds of:

0:30 Jumping Battle Ropes

0:30 rest

0:30 SA DB Snatch

0:30 rest

 

3) 4 minutes of:

50ft Lateral Moving Plank

10 Barbell Push Press
