Conditioning: Complete all reps:

40 (20ea) Walking Lunges

40 Med Ball Sit-ups

40 Prone Cobra

40 BW Squat

40 (20ea) Woodchop

40 Opposite Toe Touch

40 (20ea) Reverse Lunges
