Strength:

4 x 7 Trap Bar/Conventional Deadlift

4 x 7 Barbell Floor Press

 

Accessory: Rest 60 sec between rounds.

3 x 10 Lateral Step-ups

3 x 12 Dumbbell Row

3 x 6ea (12) Landmine Rotations

 

Conditioning: 5 Rounds for time of:

12 GHD Sit-ups OR Weighted Sit-ups

D&B Bear Crawl

12 Heavy Kettlebell Swing
