3 x 10 Front Loaded Kettlebell Squat

3 x 12 Single-Arm Ring Row

3 x 10ea Reaching Plank

 

Conditioning: 

5 - 10 - 15 - 20 - 25 - 30: BW Squats

30 - 25 - 20 - 15 - 10 - 5: Slam Ball Shoulder

Between each round, 0:30 Wall Sit
