Conditioning:

Each round completed, add two reps to Burpees and KB Swing. Keep Russian Twists constant. As many rounds as you can in 12 minutes.

2 Burpee

2 Kettlebell Swing

20 sec Russian Twist

 

3 rounds for time of:

D&B Heavy Sled Pull/Push

12ea Dumbbell Single-Arm Snatch

15 Dumbbell Cleans

 

With remaining time: Complete as many rounds as possible of-

30 sec Plank

30 sec Wall Sit

 

Mobility:

Half-Kneeling Hip Flexor

Wall Calf Stretch 

Downward Dog

Band Pec Stretch

Hanging Lat Stretch
