FFP Running Club - Wednesday (7-12-17)

Definitely a hot one today! Make sure to hydrate beforehand! We will be taking it easier because of the heat. Let get some miles in :)


1) Pre-run drills


2) Group Run + Strides

  • Group A: 45 minutes @ Easy Pace (13:00+) - Run/Walk
  • Group B: 45 minutes @ Easy Pace (11:00 – 13:00)
  • Group C: 45 minutes @ Easy Pace (9:00 – 11:00)
  • Group D: 45 minutes @ Easy Pace (sub 9:00)

 Then, 6 x 100m strides. 


3) Post-run stretch
