3x12 Paused Ring Row

3x30 sec Russian Twists

 

Conditioning: 4 Rounds for time.

D&B Sled Pull/Push

20 (10ea) Single Arm Kettlebell Swing

10 Slam Ball Squat & Throw

10 Dumbbell Push Press
