Strength:

4 x 5 Barbell Box Squat

4 x 5 Band Chin-ups

 

Accessory:

3 x 15-20 Physio/Rage Ball Leg Curl

3 x 12(6ea) Dumbbell Reach-overs

3 x 10ea Shoulder Tap Plank

 

Conditioning: Complete 3 rounds for time of (or 15:00 whichever comes first) of:

20 Ski Jumps

D&B Sled Rope Pull/Push

12 Slam Ball Shoulders

10 ea Alternating V-ups

30 Sec Air Bike
