3 x 12(6ea) Dumbbell Reach-overs

Conditioning: Complete 3 rounds for time of (or 15:00 whichever comes first) of:

20 Ski Jumps

D&B Sled Rope Pull/Push

12 Slam Ball Shoulders

10 ea Alternating V-ups

30 Sec Air Bike
