3 x 40sec Flutter Kicks 

 

Conditioning: Complete all reps:

D&B Bear Crawl 

30ea Reverse Lunges 

30 Dumbbell Row (20/25lb)

D&B Plate Push

30 Goblet Squat (30/35lb)

30 Sit-ups
