3 x 10 Dumbbell SA High Row

3 x 10 Paused Goblet Squat

3 x 45 sec Plank

 

Conditioning: 0:30 at each station. As many rounds as possible in 12:00:

Slam Ball Slam

Kettlebell Swing

Squat Jump

Medicine Ball Wood Chop
