4 x 5 Barbell Back Squat

4 x 5 Pendlay Row

 

Accessory:

3 x 10ea Single-Leg RDL

3 x 10 1 1/2 Rep Push-ups

3 x 30 sec ea Side Plank

 

Conditioning: As many rounds as possible in 12:00 of:

12 Wall Ball

12 Jump Squats

12ea Opposite Toe Touches

12 Med Ball Sit-ups
