4 x 5 Sumo Deadlift

4 x 5 Paused Push-ups (add weight if floor is too easy)

 

Accessory:

3 x 10ea Step Ups

3 x 12 Ring Rows

3 x max Bench Leg Raises

 

Conditioning: Tabata 20 sec on/10 off for 5 rounds at each station:

Sled Pull Push (FAST)

Ropes

Double Kettlebell Deadlifts

 

 

Incline Farmer Carries

Mountain Climbers
