FFP Running Club - Saturday (7-29-17)

 

Who's ready for some 1200s?? Some longer intervals are always fun :)

 

Workout and goal times are listed below. Effort for each rep should be an RPE 9.

 

  • Group A: 0.75 mile warm-up, drills, workout, 0.75 mile cool-down. 

 

                     Workout: 3 x 1200m w/ 3 minutes rest

                                       1200's @ 6:40-7:10

 

  • Group B: 0.75 mile warm-up, drills, workout, 0.5 mile cool-down.

                     Workout:  3 x 1200m, w/ 3 minutes rest

                                       1200's @ 5:55-6:25

  

  • Group C: 1 mile warm-up, drills, workout, 0.75 mile cool-down. 

                     Workout: 4 x 1200m, w/ 3 minute rest 

                                       1200's @ 5:10-5:40

  

  • Group D: 1 mile warm-up, drills, workout, 0.75 mile cool-down.

                    Workout: 4 x 1200m w/ 3 minute rest

                                       1200's @ 4:15-4:45
