3 x 10 GHR Back Extension/Reverse Hyper

3 x 12 Rack Chin

3 x max V-ups

 

Conditioning: 0:30 on/0:10 off for 4 rounds at each station, then switch stations. 

Med Ball Sit-up

Wall Ball

Sled Pull/Push

Slam Ball Shoulder

Battle Ropes (on knees)
